Allen - Thanks for your advice and for taking the time to respond.
I think I will try the trading standards as we are trying to switch from AOL to another company. AOL have terminated our contract as requested but are currently digging their heels in and making it as difficult as possible for us to join the new provider. They are currently holding our telephone line hostage, the new provider is unable to access the phone line and BT say its out of their hands!!!! I have now been without email and internet for 3 weeks with no solution in sight, luckily I have access at work!!!!
