Design paper

Who would I approach if i had some designs for paper i.e for craft hobbies? I want to get someone to put my design ideas onto paper, then I can market it?

I don't really know but a good start would be to print some yourself and try out the local arts and crafts shops. If it goes down well, try the larger manufacturers. I think it will be a case of buying your design.
