divorce/house/money

hi
i've recently divorced from my wife and in court it was decided that i got 50% of the house. this was to be paid 2 weeks after the divorce. the divorce was now 6 weeks ago. i have, on the advice of my solicitor signed the deeds over to my ex wife on the understanding the money would be paid. it still hasn't and i am now going to have to take her back to court to get what was decided in court the last time. what will happen? i need the money now as i have just bought a new house and my settlemment was going to be my deposit.? any help/advice would be appreciated
