Hi he will need to take some exams to be able to be able to be a FA, CF1,2,3 etc but will only need CF1 to get started try www.cii.co.uk will prob only take 40 hours reading to complete. Has he got any selling experience? if so try getting in contact with some banks as they are all ways looking for good sellers.
