i have just looked at my online bank statement and credit expert have taken money out of my bank 4 the last 2 months but i have not signed up 4 them
on the statement it says MAE!
i have contacted creditexpert to explain that i did not sign up 2 them!
am i intitaled to the money back?

You should contact your bank and inform them of unauthorised transactions.

They will advise you.

Where didn Credit Expert get your account details from? I suspect you had one of those deals where you get a credit report and if you dont cancel the deal within 30 days they automatically debit you.
