basically disability living allowance is made up
of two parts
mobility component which has a lower and a middle rate or higher rate and care component which is similar
it all depends on how much or how little she
can or cannot do health wise

if she needs looking after then her mum or guardian can also apply for carers allowance
the only advice i would say is 85% of applications for
disability allowance are rejected first time so make sure
she appeals if rejected
