Egg card - help please!

I have just applied for an Egg card with 0% balance transfer. I owe the bank about �1500 and they are charging me loads of interest. When I get my card from egg how do I transfer the bank money over to egg and so I pay egg every month not the bank without interest - sorry having a blonde moment! ?

Possibly not what you want to hear, but I don't think you can - the 0% balance transfer refers to moving a credit card balance from one card to the Egg Card, not an overdraft to the Egg Card.

What balances can I transfer?
You can transfer balances from your credit or store cards, loans or overdrafts. Each balance must be a minimum of �100. If you want to transfer two balances of the same amount, please call us on 08451 233 233 to complete the transfers.

Sorry, the link didn't work, but also on the web page it tells you exactly how to transfer your overdraft on line.

Google for Egg credit card, click on 'egg card home'

Then click 'frequently asked questions' and then 'balance transfer'.

Don't forget there will be a 3% charge - around �45 on �1500.
