Claiming Bank Charges

I was halfway through the process of claiming back my charges. i had refused 1 offer from them. the next letter i get was informing me that there was a pending investigation to take place to see if they could actually do this. that was the last thing i heard from them and was a few months ago now...

Whats the crack with it all... where can i find out more information???

Yes, all claims are on hold until the major court case.

You have got your claim in, so now it's just a matter of waiting, If the courts find in the banks favour you will get nothing.
