Starting up a business at home

Hi I would like to start up a business at home. I already do telesales for another company at home and i am very successful at it, unfotunately i am earing very little while my boss is getting paid a fortune for my leads. I have a great knowledge of most IT systems and iam very good at lead generation. I want to know how i can do the same job but for myself and how do i get started and where do i get the database lists from ? I also have a HND in Business anf Finance so running a company is fine.

What sort of thing are you doing?

Are you cold canvassing companies to offer them IT support?

I know a small company who does lead generation locally. He works for several companies from home (a minimum of an hour a week per company - sometimes more). He gets paid on an appointment / lead / commission basis.
