I am looking into changing my account & motgage to the one account & have some queries regarding a couple of the Mortgage deed terms.
Specifically I refer to obtaining the permission of the bank before carrying out alterations.
The bank can remove, sell, dispose etc of property after exercising its powers.
Ffnally the bank are irrevocably appointed as power of attorney.
Does any one have any thoughts on these, are they standard type conditions throughout the mortgage sector or are they unusual & likely to create issues for me now or at any future date.
