Bogus Bank emails
8 Answers
I've just received one of those emails supposedly from your bank asking you to confirm bank details or "your account will be suspended"
I thought I read that there was an email address you could forward these to in the hope of reducing the number of scammers.
Does anybody know?
Many Thanks

Obviously, NEVER divulge PIN or other personal details to these scammers and NEVER open an attachment.
There is an e-mail address I send them to, which is:
[email protected]
I just click the 'forward' option and send them straight off, then delete from my inbox and outbox AND check they've been completely deleted from the 'deleted items' box.
Hope this helps.

Ways to spot the scam emails:
 The English is usually dreadful
It includes the phrase 'to improve your online experience...'
You haven't got an account with them
The email doesnt mention your name
If you hovver over the link it asks you to select it has a weird address which bears no relation to your banks name
If you click on it and enter made up details they will know you received it and you'll get more scam mails
