I think that one of the key issues facing Barclays is the calibre of the individuals looking to work for them. These potential employees do not even have enough brain cells to use the 'search' facility on this site - even when they post their question they do not notice that exactly the same question has already been asked about 200 times.
To address these issues Barclays could insist that candidates answer their own interview questions and do not look for the answers on an internet forum. At the very least they could ask their potential employees to at least use different forums so that the users of answerbank do not have to see exactly the same question repeated every flipping week.
Only once have I ever seen anyone actually explain what the question was and ask for help, not surprisingly, she got the help she asked for. The other 199 odd just got sarcastic answers like this...
