Hi how do you qualify for help with the cost of vet bills or how can you get help from the RSPCA

He said that a young man bought a pedigree Rottweiller puppy for nearly �800 and went around bragging that now he had it registered on the PDSA so it didn't have to pay vets bills. To me that is very wrong.
The RSPCA are not there to help people out with their own pets really, unless you take it one of their own hospitals. They wound just give money out to help.
I feel that if you are going to have pets, you are responsible for their upkeep. I would feel embarrassed asking other people for help with my animals as they are in my care. I put a little away each month into their "account" so if they need an operation or something doing I can usually afford this.

To Lil Lucy, I did not get the cat from a kitten it had been thrown over a balcony and had damaged her back leg I had this treated but since then I am not able to meet the �200 which is what the vet is saying the cost of her dental treatment will be. As for saving money I get �79 per week to live on.
