Company in administration - what happens?

The company my brother works for has just gone into administration. He hasn't been paid since December because they couldn't afford to pay the staff. Is he likely to get paid for the last 2 months in full? How long is it likely to be before he gets any money? Any help is much appreciated.

If a company fails and wages are due they can be claimed from the secretary of state.
