Having real trouble with our neighbours and noise,i found out on the net that their house was sold last year but there was no for sale sign and the same people still live there!
So i reckon that they sold their house and are renting it back, their car was repossessed last year so i think this must be the case. How can i find who rents the house to them so i can complain because the police dont want to know?
Please help and i hope this is the right section.

You can download the information from the Land Registry - it costs around 3.

Or you can visit your local land registry.

Thank you.
If you are having problems with noise, contact the Environment Health Office at your local council.

I am selling the house because of them so if i did that by law i have to declare it then nobody would buy it!
Which section do i look under in land registry,im no good with this!
You can only do it during 7am and midnight, Monday to Saturday, so do it tomorrow.

On the link I gave you for the Land Registry, on the right hand side of the page is a panel 'Land Register Online - search by postcode'.

Put the postcode in the box, and press Enter. It will bring a list of the relevant addresses up. Click the correct address and you will have options.
It should be straightforward but if you are having trouble tomorrow I'll walk you through it.

thanks,i will have a go when i get in from work.
You may as well do it through Environmental Health at the Council as any dispute with a neighbour will have to be disclosed to a purchaser, even if you do it through the neighbour's landlord. The landlord probably wont be interested anyway so long as the rent is being paid.
