I'm not sure what you mean by "enough" - but presumably you mean less than you expected, or was originally indicated. If the financial institution concerned has met its contractual obligations, there's not much you can do. But if you feel you've been treated badly, you could complain to the Financial Ombudsman - see http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/
