Just received some bedding that i won on ebay, went to collect the parcel and for some reason thought maybe i had bought 2 single duvet sets but not they were doubles whey hey i thought thats brilliant should have known that there was a catch, yep ure right they are fakes, should have known by the price, have i a reason to complain about the seller, i am a ebay virgin!!!!

sorry puddicat your question doesn't make sense. I hate the term 'won' when really you 'bought' the item, but that's irrelevent.
Firstly what did you buy? What was the description of the item: was it a single duvet, a double duvet or two singles or two doubles???
Secondly: check to see if you got what the descrption states.
Thirdly: Fakes you say, was the item description 'designer'?
What makes you think they are fakes?
Basically if you recieved what was described (read it properly) you can not moan or complain. If you think is not designer brand when it should be then you should contact customs to check, if you got 2 double when you orderd two single then contact the seller. Try to settle difference with the seller before reporting to ebay.

boogie i thought i had bought 2 double duvets catherine landsfield design and yes was a bit amazed at the price i paid, i thought i had bought doubles, cos for some reason maybe had purchased singles cos of the price,anyway they were doubles but not designer, just cheap thats all to i have to explain anymore, even the packaging was fake and yes cheap looking!!!!
http://www.bedding-world.co.uk/erol.html#664X0 this is some catherine landsfield bedding, single duvet covers are around �9.99 so I don't expect the quality to be fantastic. Probably 50/50 polyester/cottong. Design doesn't mean quality but where the pattern came from.
Wondered myself Billy cos she is correct in saying 'won' as that is the EBay termanology.
puddi -if youre happy with the product -and you won them at a reasonable price i wouldnt complain TBH -up to you tho -its a lengthy process -have to take the rough with the smooth with EBay trading -you got doubles so maybe in the long erm you'll be happy with that.

As an experienced ebay I wouldn't recommend you report them so frivollously, this is someones business you are messing with. Someones livelyhood. You first say "She must be big in the world of bedding" you presume!!!
You say designer then later say design. Two very differnet things. You can see from the link I sent you that Catherine Lansfield bedding is CHEAP no two ways about it. Why would someone fake something so cheap.. Think about what you are doing first as I suspect the seller is doing an honest days work and seriously wont need grief of an ebay novice.

I have to agree with Boogieboogie there....
Catherine Lansfield (whom I'd never heard about) 's bedding IS cheap even at full price, and not well-known. Why would someone fake that bedding? The prices are Primark prices!
I'd understand if you'd bought say, Laura Ashley bedding and got something obviously low quality. Seriously, you got cheap bedding even cheaper than the already cheap RRP, why would you complain? You should always do at least a summary research first anyway, so you know what you're buying.
