If the respondant has made u an offer re ancilliary relief then you have to decide if its acceptable to you. If its not then dont accept it but you need to discuss with a solicitor and get advice.
When my darling ex divorced me i asked if i could have a sum of money from the house sale. she declined. 1 year later and 20k between us to solicitors i walked away with 5k more than i asked for.
So you got to get advice cos she sure didnt take it.
