internet hosting/domain reg
7 Answers
Hi, i am relatively new to hosting websites as someone has down this for me up and recently. I have used cheap net names to buy my domain name, but their site doesn't seem to work at the moment.
How easy it to buy a domain with someone else and still get cheap net hosting (i know they are good) to host it?
Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy a domain from as there seem to be hundreds?
Thanks in advance, Lowrie333

If you are not techno confident, it is much simpler to buy domain and hosting with the same company. There are thousands if you do a google search for 'domain names sales and hosting'. What you will need is the assurance of some support and advice, and for that reason I would choose a company based in the UK as they are in your time zone.
I have had experience of companies being unhelpful in the event of helping non-specialists change DNS entries so keeping it simple will be to your advantage.
