Deluxe Shield 2008 problem

I am currently using Deluxe Shield 2008 anti virus and am having some difficulties. I recently had a Trojan virus, which the Deluxe found, it could not disinfect it, but it did delete it. But now, when I try and launch my windows Explorer, it gives a warning about it being Malware, I have scanned and updated the deluxe 2008, but still having probs.

Just to add, I recently had a pop-up that looked like a Windows anti virus. It advised me to install their anti-virus software. I tried closing it down, but as it was a pop-up it just popped into another box. I got out of it, before it installed anything, but think this might have been the start of my problems.

Any help would be appreciated!
