Anyway if as zgma has said the legal age of consent in the US is 18, then a you've broken the law already as you say you're not a virgin. If you were, legally you should wait another year. Actually, I may be mistaken, but I think there's no law that says she can't sleep with someone else who's also under 18. But if the man is over 18, it is considered statutory rape.
