amazon call back function

hello I have talked to amazon twice this morning due to a mistake they have made with my order that will cost me lots of time to fix.

I clicked on the 'call me back' function

It did not warn me of any cost to myself in the window displayed, due to the amount of time I want to know if it has charged me, when they called me back it said international on the phone screen, I just looked at the contact details page and there is actually a free phone number there and an interrnational one which it say charges will vary.

When I asked the 2nd person I spoke to today is this costing me money she did n't answer but said she would email me.

Does anyone know if it costs for call back please, it doesnt say

I know it used to be 10p. I hope you haven't been charged too much.

thanks stone monkey esp as it's their fault as well, and I am helping them by returning stuff sent to me in error, there actually worth more than what I ordered.

I could profit from the items if I was dishonest
