It means that Companies House has dissolved the company and struck it off the Register of Companies. It can most often happen as a result of voluntary liquidation or as a result of persistance failure to file company documents at Companies House.

Not quite. It means they are in the process of doing so though. The directors still have time to head that off if they wish to.
