marriage seperation involving children
1 Answers
im married and am looking at seperating from my partner, im wondering where i stand with our children. one is not his(and he knows)age 10, whereas the other is his, age 7. He claims he can get custody of both children. i would never stop him seeing both children as he has helped me bring them both up, yes i work far too much but would look at either doing less hours or leaving work altogether. he does work hard but also he does drink heavily each evening and will them drive to work the following morning. Which is part of reason behind me wanting to seperation.
if anyone can help it would be very much appriciated.

If not I dont think you need to worry. Idont think any court would seperate your children. Unless he could prove serious neglect. Working too much would not be a good reason. Try to keep it friendly but do what you have to do if you are not happy in the relationship. Good luck. I hope it all works out for you and the children.
