Our boss has shortened our week from 5 days to 4, nothing in writing or anything, however he has now shortened one member of staff to 2 days! We are having a meeting tomorrow, if this scenario comes up what rights to we have? (and at least 2 staff are being paid off).

Can he offer us a 2 or 3-day week and we have to accept? If we dont accept is it seen as leaving your job? This guy is a law unto himself.

Advice welcome, thanks.
