Isa's

Rightio - in a bit of a muddle here. I want to transfer my ISA from Northern Rock into a higher interest rate ISA. Is there a universal list showing all the interest rates from various ISA's. usually the sunday papers have a chart showing the top 10 interest payers but s*ds law, not this week.
I have over 7000 that I want to transfer and I know some ISA's don't allow to you transfer but I am happy to ring them up and find out which of the top 10 do allow a transfer.
So far all I know is that NatWest do an ISA at 3.5% but you have to have more than 10,000 to transfer but you can get an E ISA which pays 3.25% until you get to 10,000 then the rate jumps to 3.51% (tho these rates are all variable).
Thanking you in anticipation
