Market Traders Licence?

i may be being a bit thick here, but i am looking to have a stall on a market. it isn't a street market, and its not run by the council. i am also not going to be randomly setting my stall up on the street. the markets i am to attend are organised by a private organisation. is there such a thing as a markets traders licence, and do i need 1 (i'm going to sell soaps and bath bombs)?i'm sure i've heard about it somewhere, but i could have dreamt it :p

Private organisers have their own conditions.....am sure they will inform you. Usually just a daily fee.
