Hi

Does anyone know if there is a legal time period in which your boss has to give you a payslip?I left on the 15/10/2004 after being off sick for 6 months and being paid ssp.I still have no payslips for the last two months

Have you asked for them?  When I finished up at my last job I had to go in and collect my final payslip.  Many places don't post them out automatically.

Hi .Yes I have asked via my resignation letter and by email since.I have had no SSP1 form,no payslips for September & October and no P45.
