How can I find out who owns House of Bath, please?

House of Bath is a trading style of J D Williams & Company Limited.
I found that out by clicking About Us at the bottom of the page.

I am sure that they have not gone into administration, or liquidation and are still trading as normal.

That's what I thought Barry - we've just had a new glossy catalogue. But Companies House confirms that House of Bath LIMITED is in liquidation. It's a hard life!

It's confusing. House of Bath Ltd is in liquidation, but House of Bath owned by JD Williams Ltd is a totally different company and is not in liquidation.
House of Bath (JD Williams) sends brochures out, not sure about House of Bath Ltd.

Thanks for all your help chap(ette)s. I wrote to J D Williams & Co and got a very handsome apology; they set out all the details from their point of view and I am now expecting a satisfactory outcome. Answerbank is quite brilliant!
