help needed as to what to do and where do i stand
5 Answers
hi all
i have been working as a temp since nov 08 and have been let go from my assignment as i have had a bad back and the dr, chiro and physio cant get to the bottom of it.
i am unable to claim housing benefit as staying with my parents - benefits agency say they should support me.
i am unable to claim disability as every day is different... some days i cant stand up straight, other days i can but get pains in legs and piriformis etc.
i am awaiting hospital appointments for further investigation.
i cant sign up for job seekers as i cant actively seek work until i am better and even then it will have to be a case of retraining as i cannot return to a desk job apparently - alas i cant start study until i can get my back sorted.
any suggestions as to whether i should be claiming anything? can i get help with study costs to study online whilst im housebound?
any help is appreciated as i am scared stiff as still have to pay bills etc and not getting any help/advice from citezens advice etc
many thanks
