A club agreement

A group of friends are wanting to set up a fund which they will all contribute a single annual payment to. The money will be used to buy presents for other members of the group for a variety of events i.e. birthdays, weddings etc.

What we need is a simple agreement which lays out what the fund is for, legal implications etc.

Does anyone have an example of a simple agreement which we could use?

Gift Fund I hereby agree to donate to Treasurer �....s to Gift Fund for the use of Birthday/Xmas/Anniversary presents to the maximum value of my share of �....s.
