YES loans info??

I have recently signed an app form for a small loan with YES loans as I had a blip on my repayments on a credit card over a year ago, but apparently I still have a poor credit rating - upon looking on different forums YES loans have got really bad feedback, I am a bit worried now - a lot of people have been ripped off by paying an admin fee and not being able to get it back, I have not been charged an admin fee yet and my forms were signed and I send them back last week - has anybody got a GOOD word to say for them???
