Employer Changing Pay

My employer has always paid Monthly which is 2 weeks back & 2 weeks forward.
Employer wants to change to Monthly but 4 weeks back.
This means my next pay will be only 2 weeks pay, then I have to wait 4 weeks to receive 1 months pay. Is this legal?

well i do not know it is legal or not.
but all most all employees have wait for 4 weeks to get next payment.
