housing-council locked me out--etc.

before i went on sick 'leave' i arranged with the council to move my stuff into storage etc. since they had to do ----'''urgent repairs on the house''.

they changed the arrangements  and instead i found my self locked out of the house---with all my belongings still inside-when i returned.

****some time after they dumped most of my stuff.****

now they say for me to claim, i have to supply ''proof'' and itemised - receipts of my goods, that they dumped...without my permission;  before they would even consider any claim----

but in any case, my goods were a ''load of old rubbish''....and they have no intention of paying.

!!!    what are my options -----and chances of a successfull claim  ???.

ps***nearly a year has now passed with no --urgent repairs having been even started..***
