Premium Bond holder's number

Ihave had 2 premium bonds since i was a baby some 45+ years ago how do I get to fibnd out my bond holders number

I had mine 35 years and lost them.  I wrote to National savings, gave them the amount of bonds, when they were purchased (just the year) and the addresses I have lived at since.  Theysent me back both a new holders card and new bonds.
