Price of Gold please

Thinking of selling some gold at a local jeweller so I can see the weight before I accept the money. What can I expect to get in Pound Sterling per kilo?

Do you actually have a kilo of gold to sell?
If so then a high street jeweller will probably not be able to buy it from you,you need to go to a proper gold dealer.Your local jeweller should be able to put you in touch with one.
