Does anyone know the provenance of a Britannia metal teapot marked H.O. beneath which is A, B, a flower and an S with a NE/SW diagonal line. Below this is stamped 4426 and under this is a 4?
I've tried Google but although Makers Marks are mentioned I can't find any details.
Many thanks.
