loan company refusing to supply agreement

A loan company recently took out a CCJ against me, and recently I asked for a copy of the original credit agreement I signed and they are saying they are not legally obliged to supply me with one as they have a CCJ judgement. Are they right?

Yes they are correct, presumably you had an agreement when you took out the loan. Your own administration is your responsibility. As you have welched on paying do not expect any favours from them.
