Call divert home to mobile cheapest way....?

In process of setting my business up - sole trader electrician,

And want to place divert on my home phone to mobile during daytime 08:30-17:00... obviously I will have to pay for leg of call from home to mobile.

But wondering what is chepest way of setting this up, I am on BT at present 'Unlimited Wekend Plus' ???

PS.... Also when there is a divert on home phone can someone still ring out from it ? (My wife uses it time to time in the day?)
