struggling to sell my house only had a few low offers, its now on the market for 16750 a financial firm has offered to pay the mortgage for 2 years then give me 16000 has any one else done this sot of offer cant seem to find anything on the web .

yes of course my partner has the name its one of those firms who offer you a cheap price when your in a hurry to sell so this offer needs looking into but have not had time yet.
