call from overseas (South Asia) telling you that bank charges are being refunded then please be careful not to give out any information. I terminated the call by telling the caller that no bank had charged me anything nor had I paid any charges. I think this is likely to be some sort of scam - and I was addressed by name so they start from some sort of data bank.

Thanks Karl, ABers beware. So many scams out there, be very careful what details you give anyone over the phone. I just hang up on these type of people, or keep them hanging on while I am watching Jeremy Kyle. Just turn up the volume. Eventually they will hang up !
Bank charges don't bother me any more. I got a call today saying I'd won the Nigerian lottery.
