I have a few bob in Bank of Ireland shares. They are offering 3 for every 2 held for 55c . Any advice on weather i shoud buy , or just forget them as things are so bad?

I'd buy them, everything is going to go up and the end of the day.

The Government is set to make an absolute killing after they bailed out the banks as all their shares prices are set to rise.
