I have a friend who left the U.K. a few years ago, I was speaking to his wife on the phone a few months back and she accidently let it slip (I think) that just before they left, my friend had taken out a loan for �3000.00 on his credit card, this was obviously with the intention of not paying it back. Recently they entioned they are coming back in July for a holiday. I do not agree with what my friend did but I am still concerned he will be in serious trouble if he returns to the U.K.
