That should read FLORIDA SALAD
I've never heard of it. What's the fatty ingredient you want to swap?
Oh...lol. Found that when googled...
Florida Salad

Ingredients:

1 large head of iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
1 grapefruit, peeled and diced
1 orange, peeled and diced
1 handful of walnuts, chopped
1 handful of raisins
3 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper

If that's the right salad the only thing you can cut down on is the olive oil. Also have fewer walnuts but remember they are good for you.

yes its mainly the dressing ideas .I want low calorie.
I don't know what you can swap the olive oil with.....maybe just use one spoon instead of three...
Have you tried those oil sprays they usually give you a decent feel of oil without saturating everything and I have seen ones with Olive Oil - or perhaps mix 1 tablespoon of the oil with a bit of orange juice - give it a good shake and pour on.
I make a low fat dressing using low fat yogurt with fruit zest and or garlic and mustard - but somehow I am not sure the dairy element would suit your salad - it is very nice though instead of caesar dressing for example

Thank you for replies .I can vary one with yogurt .Thanks Woozer for that idea.
