I have made it but has anyone else got any more ideas on making the Low calorie one . I tend to use too much if I buy it from the Deli counter and it's not Low calorie which I need at the moment as in the process of losing weight.Lost 1 stone and want to lose another before October. Thanks

Ingredients:
1 large head of iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
1 grapefruit, peeled and diced
1 orange, peeled and diced
1 handful of walnuts, chopped
1 handful of raisins
3 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
If that's the right salad the only thing you can cut down on is the olive oil. Also have fewer walnuts but remember they are good for you.

Have you tried those oil sprays they usually give you a decent feel of oil without saturating everything and I have seen ones with Olive Oil - or perhaps mix 1 tablespoon of the oil with a bit of orange juice - give it a good shake and pour on.
I make a low fat dressing using low fat yogurt with fruit zest and or garlic and mustard - but somehow I am not sure the dairy element would suit your salad - it is very nice though instead of caesar dressing for example
