Really annoying I know, I have had the same thing three times popping up telling me I am the sites 1,000,000th visitor.

Please ignore it and install a pop-up blocker. You can google one.

I received the pop-up as well and called. within 10 minutes I had to give my name, adress, and...creditcardnumber + expiry date. When I refused they argued that if I didn't and hung up the phone, I would not get my 'prize'. Spells scam to me.
