A million dollars, isn't that something like 650 000 pounds? Hardly enough to retire on especially if you want a nice home, so I'd buy a nice house and then back to work the next morning I think!
that's only about £625,000 ! Well my cadet unit needs a new building so i'd buy them that and the rest i'd spend on buying my first home(with a few farm animals) and a better boat.
Depends how old you are. If you're a young person you'd never be able to retire on a million dollars. Inflation would soon erode its value. I'd keep some for myself, give some to family (but anonymously so they couldn't spend itrecklessly and come back for more !), and donate some to my favourite charities.
