Try again. BT bills

Just received my latest bill from BT. Does anyone else find their bill from BT difficult to understand?. I think they make it unnecessarily complicated.

I answered the other one! - no, I've got my on-line version, doesn't look any more complicated to me than it did before.

If yours is like mine.... it says how much I pay for line rental and internet, how much for calls, total - then how much I pay monthly, total, then what I owe them. There are pages about calls and most used numbers etc but I don't take too much notice of them.
