Anybody having difficulty adding funds to their account on the National Lottery website? I have been told Card Verification Failed. Does this sometimes happen?

Have you got a new, or recently new, card? Mine failed for this reason and I didn't suss it until I remembered I had got a replacement card. Either way try entering your card details again,
I have just been there and added funds with no problem.

As postdog says - could your card have expired?
I tried to make a payment to another site last night and card verification failed - and it's a newish card. What bank is your card for?

The card is fairly new. Lloyds TSB. I have just re-entered my card details and tried again and it still doesn't work. Maybe worth trying again in a few days time.
Or you could try ringing the helpdesk - maybe they can throw some light on it.
Thave changed the rules and now you have to set up a password with your bank .I had to do it and as usual for got so had to set up another .This has been like that for about 2 or three months now
I'm Lloyds TSB too GKW, maybe there is a problem with their clicksafe thing.
If you want to change your card you have to have a nil balance in your account.

Just tried making a payment on another site and it went through.
