In December I ordered an item and paid by switch, I kept looking at the status of the account and it said order pending, after a couple of weeks, I emailed them, and since then telephoned them on numerous occasions, you get a message saying leave your number and they will get back to you, they never do and today their website is down. Can anyone suggest what I can do now? It was not a large sum of money £16 but that is not the point,
I always use my credit card which you have come back with but for some reason that day I didn't. Won't make that mistake again!

I would spend the time to quicking go on the consumer direct online website to inform them of the fraud/scam/theft so at least they know and black list the company, the more people who tell them, the more info they have to take action on these crappy companies

Which site did you make you order from?

The fact that their domain register has locked their domain and it also no longer seems to point to a website would make me think the worse!

Thanks Chuck, I did think that myself, their phone number is still active though but as I said just a message up front and they don't get back to you.
I could kick myself for not paying by my credit card, oh well you live and learn I suppose.
Would a CC have been any use on a £16 purchase though? I thought £100 was when protection kicked in
It is £100 under the law, but many credit card companies have their own terms which may be more favourable.
