Swizzed by the cash machine - update
7 Answers
After being swizzed by the cash machine I have now been informed that I will not be reimbursed the £20 that it kept from my withdrawal. What would you do, contact the owners of the shop where the machine is, the company that maintains the machine or the bank that the machine is linked to? I know other people that have had trouble with the same machine. Thanks

As I said earlier, I personally know of two other people that it has happened to so there is either something wrong with the machine or someone is pulling a fast one.
Hi jonnyboy - a lot of people around here are on really tight budgets and £20 is a lot of money to lose but wouldn't dream of really, REALLY complaining. I have got time on my hands and need a creative outlet for the things that annoy me so I am going to take this further. I don't necessarily want the money back, just want the machine sorted out. If someone else got my money by mistake, good for them, but it does need sorted all the same.
